$85 service call

Repairs

We handle everyday repairs, slab leak detection and PEX repipes. The service call is $85, and the price for the job is said before we start.

Slab leak detection is $275, credited toward the repair.

Most swaps same or next day

Most water-heater swaps are finished the same day or the next. We work with gas, propane and electric tanks, plus tankless systems.

Wells and town water

Hill Country water is hard on everything. We service pressure tanks and switches, water softeners and under-sink reverse osmosis.

Natural gas and propane

For ranges, heaters and outdoor kitchens, we install and repair gas lines and complete the pressure test the gas company asks for.

Guest house turnover list

Rental owners in town get Renee’s direct line and a same-day slot when we can make it work.
